Order Process:

After approval from the Department Director.

  1. Submit order to the UVF Print Shop.
  2. Contact Abner Camacho for purchasing request amount.
  3. Submit request to Purchasing Department using the Purchasing Request Form.

After the purchase request is approved items will be ordered and go into production.  

Please order accurate Size, Color, and Quantity!

Allow 4-6 weeks for ordering, and production of deliverables. 

If items require artwork or graphics, please submit a Marketing Request Form. Marketing requests require 4 weeks. Please allow an additional 4 weeks for the production time of merchandise.

Order Directions:

  1. Choose the shirt color and size, and add it to the cart.  Adjust quantities in the cart.
  2. Add notes about design, design colors, and locations in the Notes section. (Desktop Only, add in a follow-up email if ordered on a mobile device.
  3. Do NOT pay through the website, under the Payment section in the checkout window, choose UVF Missions .
  4. Choose pickup, (It must be picked up by UVF Missions).
Keep the confirmation email for your accounting records.
